Our vision is to be a world class finance organization by Re-tooling, Re-focusing and Re-energizing our people to deliver Financial Operational Excellence, Decision Support and Financial Digital Excellence. We call this our 3R to 3P vision, where at the foundation is our people who through the 3R model partner, protect, better and faster to both protect and create value for SASBU. We are committed to our vision, to building trust and to working as #UmaEquipa to achieve our metrics and milestones. Our vision fits with the Finance of the Future model and the SASBU strategy. We believe that the foundation of our organization is our people and as such our priority is the safety and development of ourselves. Re-tool is about providing the development that we need to deliver our jobs to the best of our ability. Re-focus is about working on the things that derive the most value to the business. Re-energize is about building a psychological safe environment where all employees feel challenged and motivated to deliver our vision. As the Finance GM, I am ultimately accountable for delivering the vision and I count on the support of all our Finance Family and Friends to be a world class organization.
