Overview
CABGOC Production Operations is committed to Operational Discipline and ensuring the safety of our personnel and assets. Critical to this intent is the importance of following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and established work procedures, including Safe Work Practices (SWPs). SOPs and work procedures are specifically designed with safety in mind; they allow our personnel to execute necessary tasks while minimizing unintended consequences. As such, Production Operations sets clear expectations that all employees must know, understand, and follow CABGOC SOPs, SWPs and written operating procedures.
CABGOC Production Operations has developed the following standards to communicate these expectations broadly and define specific expectations that leaders are accountable for, as well as ensuring accountability of their reports to these same expectations. Production Operations desires every employee to be safe and successful in their jobs, and following SOPs and established work procedures is a key component to achieving this goal. The following Leadership and Accountability Model is intended specifically for this purpose.
