• Recently enacted legislation PLD 6/18 allows marginal discoveries to be ringed fenced in a “qualified marginal zone”.
• Marginal Discoveries are those that have less than 15% rate of return with current Block 0 terms and less than 300 MMBBLS reserves.
• Block 0 requested the Marginal Discovery Declaration for the following NFDs:
  -Lifua.
  -83N.
  -South N'Dola.
  -Kambala.
