ALNG OT & Stakeholders



Angola LNG Owners Team ("OT") was established within SASBU's Non-Operated Asset & Asset Retirement Department to manage CABGOC's interest in ALNG, responsible for:

Managing CABGOC share in ALNG

  • Represent CABGOC as Shareholder on Senior Review Committee (SRC) at working level.
  • Manage relations with other ALNG Shareholders and ALNG Companies.
  • Advise CABGOCs Directors to ALNG LTD, OPCO and SOMG on Board voting matters
  • Work Jointly with Commercial and Legal to manage ALNG commercial issues from Shareholder perspective.
  • Engage with GS&T on marketing and midstream contracts
  • Collaborate with SASBU Asset Development Gas Asset Team (GAT) on Gas Supply matters, including Block 0 /14
    •

    CABGOC – ALNG Interface

    • Manage CABGOC interface and serve as point of contact with the ALNG Project companies namely ALNG LTD, OPCO, SOMG and ALM.
    • Coordinate SMEs Representation to ALNG discussions on specialized topics (Finance, Gas Supply, Tax, Legal, Technical).
    • Informal interface with Block 0/14 on ALNG matters (internal)
    • Work with OPCO and SASBU HR on Secondee placement for OPCO and coordinate secondee placement for SOMG and ALNG LTD.

    Internal planning, strategy and reporting

    • Developing CABGOCs goals and strategy for ALNG
    • Develop and submit Chevron Business Plan for ALNG
    • Coordinate Chevron internal reporting and forecasting for ALNG.
    • Co-ordinate development of strategic commercial, business and government initiatives, working with ALNG companies and Chevron
