objectives

Ops Planning works closely with Operations teams (Area A, Area B Block 14, Drilling, Facility) and other functional teams such as, Finance, Asset Development, Logistics etc. to gather, generate and analyze information to proactively predict outcomes and help establish corrective measures for the Operations.

Planning is also responsible for:

  • Tracking and monitoring Operations (Ops) business performance
  • Generating lookbacks, analysis and setting a proactive path forward
  • Guiding the Ops Business plan process
  • Setting the governance to select, prioritize and execute the Ops projects in order to generate the maximum value
  • Setting the tool for Ops cost control
