Lianzi(TL)

Lianzi is a cross-border development unit shared by Haute Mer (ROC) and Block 14 (Angola).

Lianzi is a strategically important project for the Governments of Angola and the Republic of Congo(ROC) in building their relationship.

Development includes a 7-well subsea tie-back to BBLT via a 27 mile pipeline.
