Mission

To execute throughout each phase of an MCP, ensures that a holistic view is taken of the Operations function requirements following project handover.

Objectives

Implement the Project Operations Planning (POP) Process as a OE requirement and tool, within the CPMS, that assures the planning and preparations for operating the facilities in accordance with OEMS requirements. Operations Assurance will now be known as Project Operations Planning
