The Operations Planning and Performance Department is comprised of Performance and Planning, Integrated Planning and Scheduling, Surface Digital initiatives, Business Planning and IOC Teams.

Integrated Planning, Prioritization & IODCS: Deliver centralized & optimized short-long terms integrated planning to achieve efficient executions through standardization, factory model, visualized data and effective prioritization

Supporting SASBU business strategies.
Objective
Planning and Performance (P&P) works closely with the Operations teams (Area A, Area B Block 14, Drilling, Facility) and other functional teams such as, Finance, Asset Development, Logistics etc. to gather, generate and analyze information and give required Ops support in order to achieve desirable results.
P&P is also responsible for:
- Tracking and monitoring Operations (Ops) business performance
- Generating lookbacks, analysis and setting a proactive path forward
- Doing preventive maintenance
- Helping optimize the Ops process
