What we do:
We are responsible for the fields in the Tombua Landana (TL) development area.
We mature resources to reserves to production within these fields by way of:
- High quality reservoir management to increase recovery and move reserves to production
- Identify and mature projects to improve current and long term production performance and monetize the resource base
- Interact with functional groups such as Drilling and Completions, Facilities Engineering and Productions Operations to optimize the development of the area in a safe and environmental-friendly manner;
- Effectively partner and seek alignment with internal and external stakeholders

What we do:
We are responsible for four fields in Block 14: Belize, Benguela, Lobito and Tomboco, that are developed through a central production-processing platform and three subsea centers:
- Maximizing the value of the asset through application of sound reservoir management practices;
- Interacts with other functional groups such as Drilling and Completions, Facilities Engineering, Productions Operations, and external stakeholders to optimize the development of the area in a safe and environmental-friendly manner;
- Transforming resources to reserves and then to production is the key process that encompass the Team's activities.
