What we do:
We are responsible to monitor, optimize and raise the performance of the Takula Field:
- Undertaking a high quality reservoir management to improve Takula's current and long term production performance of Takula, Banzala, Numbi, Nsano and Wamba;
- Identify areas of opportunity to increase Takula's production and Reserves
- Help Asset management to partner effectively with external stakeholders (JV partners, MinPet)
- Manage GTA waterfloods for pressure maintenance and production enhancement
- Transforming resources to reserves by applying new technologies and different well completions to develop remaining resources not producible using current technology
- Effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders, align objectives to meet expectations and produce remaining reserves
GMA
What we do:
We are responsible for all the fields in the Greater Malongo Area: Mafumeira, Malongo North, Malongo South, Malongo West, Kungulo, Vuko, Kambala, Livuite, Limba, Limba Southwest.
We monitor, optimize and improve the performance of these fields by way of:
- High quality reservoir management to increase the recovery of reserves and move resources to reserves to production;
- Identify and mature projects to improve current and long term production performance;
- Effectively partner with internal and external stakeholders.
