What we do:
The AREA B Asset Management TEAM is responsible for managing and improving production performance from the six mature fields in Area B namely Bomboco, Kokongo, Lomba, North Ndola, Nemba and Sanha; The Asset Team is also responsible for Maturing the South Ndola Green Field- an extension of the North Ndola Field. Area B is predominantly by Pinda Reservoirs, Primary production with Sanha and Nemba under Gas Injection. Area B Asset Management Team is mostly responsible for:
- Efficient production monitoring and optimization;
- Undertaking a high-quality reservoir management to improve Area B production performance; Asset Management in close collaboration with Facilities, and Operations to make sure our Asset is well maintained and safely operated.
- Identify areas of opportunity, including exploitation, to unlock new value creation in Area B to increase production and Reserves;
- Effectively Manage internal and external stakeholders.
