Facilitation & Consulting team has been supporting L&D development services with ingenuity to provide best solutions for individuals, teams and departments in our Business Unit through:
- Structured Leadership Programs that focus on Building leaderships competencies so that new and future leaders can take key roles in our organization
- People Skills training that vary in subject and focus on employees development and Behavioral Change.
Consultancy/ Development engagement with departments to address challenges and transform them into development opportunities and support employees, teams and department on-going development and growth through:
- Providing Intervention Design through creation of a series interventions or workshops to address business specific needs
- Providing team building exercises and ice-breakers to support team growth and team alignment in order achieve high performing teams.
- Provide 360 feedback coaching, Team Leader Integration, mentoring and coaching sessions to develop capable and reliable employees and increasing our human capital.
- We also bridge with L&T Corp to find other development solutions to our workforce.
