To get enrolled for any of the language course (except Portuguese), candidates must be first aligned with the TNA and budgeted within their departments. They are also required to take a placement test, after a request by their supervisor submitted to the language's coordinator. The test is conducted by a vendor and it can be done virtually or in-person.

For PC courses candidates must also be aligned with TNA and supervisor approval before enrollment.
