Housing benefits are available to assist Angolan payroll employees with buying, renovating or constructing a primary residence in Angola. A primary residence is a home in which you live the majority of the time.
The program was closed in the fourth quarter of 2014 to new participants.

This process is subject to HAP Committee endorsement and Cross Functional PDC approval before is routed to finance for payment.

Gather all the required documentation and submit in the
CABGOC Housing Assistance – Powers Apps for verification and approval.
Once approved, HAP administrator will send you’re the HAP contract for signature.
