The following procedures identify the requirements and activities necessary to deliver safe, reliable and efficient marine operations within the CABGOC Concession.

All 'in scope' Upstream Marine Operations shall comply with the latest version of the Chevron Upstream & Gas (U&G) Marine Standard (SASBU OE MSRE) as applied to the Marine Offshore Operations Procedures as outlined below, including adherence to all applicable, International Maritime Organization, International Labor Organization, Marine Technology Society, classification, local, port and flag state laws and regulations.

Disputes that arise (or determination is required) from the operational application of Upstream Marine Standard and SASBU/CABGOC Marine Offshore Operations Procedures, shall be directed in the first instance to the SASBU Upstream Marine Authority/OE MSRE Process Advisor via the CABGOC Marine Operations Superintendent.
